India is a very big country with dreams for growth and development in everybody's eyes. However the nature does not favours all. The children from rich communities are able to fulfill their dreams by getting best and world class education facilties. The children from middle class communities can also manage for good education to subtain a decent and dignified lives. The only vulnerable commnities that remains devoid of quality education are needy incomeless and poor communities residing in village, rural or slum areas. The children from these communities even if they dream of doing big in their lives has to face the reality of hunger and poverty. Forget about the quality education, there are days when even they and their families have to fight for the proper two times meals. Illiteracy and lack of awareness hit them hard on their faces. Big families with hardly one or two or no bread earner unknowingly trap these children into quagmire of  poverty and they are forced into child labor as no other option of survival is available with them or their families. There are many areas in the country where young children between the age of  9 to 16 are sent for labor works by their families on consruction sites, agriculture sites and other places to earn a few bucks to feed for the families.

During these child labor works many children suffer from mental and physical tortures. Young boys were given hard labor work which effect them physically and their bodies become weak. Young girls were also embrassed , harassed abused on these labor sites. Children also get into other wrong activities from these labor works as drug addiction, smoking, drinking etc. Thus , the child labor spoils the child in every possible way and destroys his life and career. The goverments and departments as Ministry of Women and Child Development, Chidline India and Child ware Departments, Govt of various states are putting in their best efforts to eradicte the problem of child labor be generating awareness and making laws however the impact is yet to be delivered predominatly in the areas which are having high frequncy of child labor .

Our organization has been addressing and working on this issue and has conducted rescue programmes in Bhgwanpura and Segao block of khargone district. Our team has also surveyed in these and other near by districts that and observed that all concerned departments should join in hand together to fight from this child labor problem and save the children from child labor.  These activities needs to be monitored closely by respective authorities and immidiate legal action should be taken against the people who force children into child labor. We will also be starting working on "MISSION BOOKS" from this year academic start session in the communities where child labor is prevalent in coordination with Mahila Bal Vikas and Child Welfare Department and Police department wherein we will distribute books to the young children and aware them and their families that education is this right of every child and our priority should be first to focus on their education . We also aware them about evil effects of child labor and even reward them when they report any cases of child labor from theirs or neary by commnunities.

Overall a combined team effort by all including Government of India, Govt.of States, Women and child welfare Department, Labor Department , Police Department, Social Organizations and individuals or heads of villages is required to  completely remove this evil of child labor from root and thus assuring a safe and bright future for all children.
