India is a young country and 75% of our population is youth and this is also true that India is a land of vulnerability and poverty. I believe that the power of Youth has the capacity to transform the fate and future of this country.

A major population of our country resides in rural areas and rural youths are the future of the country. The problem is that these rural youths are devoid of guidance and a path to follow. Due this problem inspite of government’s efforts the progress is hardly visible at grass root level and there is no visible change in the life of rural households.

We at Manthan Sahara has pledged to harness the energy and calibre of rural youths by guiding them, mentoring them and training them for an improved livelihood through interventions such as training and capacity building programmes, conduction of entrepreneurship development programmes and employment exposure programmes such as rojagarmelas, employer meet, virtual interviews etc.

I have been associated with village life for long time, and I have directly interacted with rural youths, has understood their problems and I have been continuously working for their support by whichever means available.

In the meantime, while being with Manthan Sahara, we have got the pleasure to develop a team of members and volunteers who are dedicatly serving and working for attaining our objectives.

Along with this the organization is also making tedious efforts for child help, protection of child rights and children education. Women health and safety are also the major focussed areas which is ultimately resulting in empowerment of rural women.

The organization is also doing its part in saving the planet earth, by doing regular activities for environment sustainability. This include plantation, awareness programmes on less use of plastic and disposable products. Encouraging farmers and rural people to use vermi composting in their fields inspite of fertilizers.

I have always believed that the power of rural India is great and if provided with proper opportunities and proper guidance, this power can bring the nation on top of the world map.

We at Mantha Sahara has been following this belief and I am grateful to our team, donors and any other stakeholders who are contributing towards upliftment of rural lives.

We are on a mission and we are very much grateful for the support offered in any way.

Thanks & Regards
