Hello everyone, I m Raveena and I belong to tribal community of Bhagwanpura. I used to study in 8th class and I have strong liking for studies, but due to health complications I was dropped out of school and could not continue schooling after 8th.
But, my heart always aced for studies. One year post my treatment and recovery when I wished to join back school, then I was not provided admission. My parents also being from tribal community were also not in favor of me getting higher education.
They wanted me to get married and do household works. But then, one day a village meeting was being conducted by Childline Manthan Sahara Team, where they were explaining about Children Helpline 1098 number and how children can recieve help by dialling on 1098.
Then soon after the meeting, I called 1098 and explained to them about my condition, they quickly agreed to provide me help. Then Childine’s Manthan Sahara team contacted me and with the help of Manthan Sahara Childine Team and CWC Department I got admission in govt. School of Bhagwanpura. Now I am happy and continuing with my studies.
